TERMS & CONDITIONS
HUNTD's ("HUNTD" "we" "us") website(s) (our "Site" or "Sites") and related services are made available to you by the following Terms & Conditions, and any other rules posted on our Sites (collectively, the "T&C"). Please read the T&C carefully before placing any orders with HUNTD. We recommend you should keep a copy of the T&C for future reference.
HUNTD is a trading name of HUNTD Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under registration number 16083300.

These terms and conditions have the purpose of defining the conditions of access to and use of the services offered to members, and the rights and obligations of the members when using the services.
We may modify these terms and conditions from time to time. Please read the terms and conditions and check back often. If you do not agree to any change to the terms and conditions, then you must immediately stop using the Site and any services. Any changes made after you have placed an order will not affect that order unless we are required to make the change by law.
Registration and account terms and conditions
To use some of the services or features made available to you on this Site you will need to register for an account. When you register you are required to provide information about yourself that is true, accurate, current, and complete in all respects. Should any of your registration information change, please notify us immediately at the following email address customercare@itshuntd.com. We may also change registration requirements from time to time.
Registration is for private individuals only.
Only one account may be opened per person. HUNTD reserves the right to refuse the opening of an account requested by any person having already registered.
The services may not under any circumstances be granted to a professional and/or any person marketing or likely to market the products bought through HUNTD, or more generally benefiting from the advantages offered for purposes other than personal and private.
Registration for the services takes place by completing a registration form, either online directly on the website www.itshuntd.com or via a Mobile App.

Any person wishing to register must first accept the latest version of these terms and conditions.
Information marked with one or more asterisks and requested on the registration form is mandatory and essential for acceptance of the registration form.
The member guarantees the accuracy of the information provided and will be solely responsible for all information communicated. Any change of name, address or other information that may be necessary must be amended by the subscriber by accessing their account via www.itshuntd.com or Mobile App.
The subscriber authorises all verifications concerning their identity and address by HUNTD, without HUNTD however being obligated to conduct a systematic verification of all or some of the information received.

The subscriber recognises that HUNTD reserves the right to suspend or withdraw access to the services when the subscriber does not respect these terms of registration, particularly if false, misleading, inaccurate, incomplete, illegible, or out-of-date information has been provided. The subscriber also recognises that HUNTD reserves the right to refuse the registration of any person previously registered and/or whose registration was terminated by HUNTD owing to a breach of these terms and conditions.

Membership Cancellation
Memberships can be cancelled for any reason in any calendar month by emailing memberships@itshuntd.com Once cancelled any membership benefits will be lost with immediate effect.

Membership Renewal & Failed Payment
The subscriber recognises that HUNTD will automatically charge the payment card used to sign up to the membership every calendar month. For annual memberships, this will auto-renew per year. If the payment fails renewal, your payment card will automatically be tried within a 3-day grace period. After the 3-day grace period has elapsed, the membership will be cancelled and removal from the Members-Only WhatsApp shopping group will occur.
Orders
All orders placed via Instagram stories, private WhatsApp, the Site or Mobile App are subject to acceptance and availability, and items requested are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers. HUNTD offers products for sale that are in stock and available for dispatch from our distribution centre. Occasionally, however, we may be waiting for shipments from our suppliers.​​​

Pricing
Pricing shown is displayed in GBP and are inclusive of service and source fees and exclude shipping fees. All prices advertised are valid on a sale by sale basis and will be honoured except in case of a supplier pricing error - in which case the correct price will apply and incorrect pricing invalid.
Customers purchasing from a country served as DDU will be charged for the items purchased and shipping costs only. Import duty or tax costs will be invoiced to you directly from the shipping partner or an import broker appointed by you. We recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to purchase completion.
Payment
Payment can be made by Bank Transfer in Pounds Sterling for UK users. For international users, a payment link for Pounds Sterling will be provided. You confirm that the bank account that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorised by the owner of the bank account to use it. If the issuer of your bank account refuses to authorise payment to HUNTD, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Delivery
Please note that we aim to dispatch all orders within 5-14 business days. Delivery times appearing on the Site are estimates and are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. In any event, we will deliver the goods to you within 30 days of the day on which we accept your order. HUNTD is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

Free delivery within UK is applicable to CURATOR members orders with a minimum purchase value of £300.
Returns & Exchanges
When shopping via our website, if an item is faulty you can request a refund within 14 days of receiving the goods. Return postage is covered by the customer. We do not offer exchanges. To request a refund please contact customercare@itshuntd.com and include your order number.
Intellectual property rights
Your use of the Site and its contents grants no rights to you about any copyright, designs, trademarks and all other intellectual property and material rights relating to the Content (as described in the Content section below), including HUNTD Software and all HTML and other code contained in this Site. All such Content including third-party trademarks, designs, and related intellectual property rights mentioned or displayed on this Site are protected by national intellectual property and other laws and international treaty provisions. You are permitted to use the Content only as expressly authorized by HUNTD and/or its third-party licensors. Any reproduction or redistribution of the above-listed Content is prohibited and may result in civil and criminal penalties. Without limiting the foregoing, copying and use of the above-listed materials to any other server, location or support for publication, reproduction or distribution is expressly prohibited. However, you are permitted to make one copy to view Content for your own personal use.
Content
In addition to the Intellectual property rights mentioned above, "Content" is defined as any graphics, photographs, including all image rights, sounds, music, video, audio or text on this Site. HUNTD tries to ensure that the information on this site is accurate and complete. HUNTD does not promise that HUNTD's Content is accurate or error-free. HUNTD does not promise that the functional aspects of the Site or HUNTD's Content will be error-free or that this Site, HUNTD Content or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components. We always recommend that all users of the Internet ensure they have up-to-date virus-checking software installed.
The personal opinions of the designers and labels whose products we sell, or any third parties with whom we are associated are their own and do not necessarily reflect the views of HUNTD and we accept no responsibility for any such views expressed in any media.
No commercial use
This Site is for your personal non-commercial use only. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, commercially exploit, create derivative works from, transfer, data mine or sell any Content, software, products, or services contained within this Site. You may not use this Site, or any of its Content, to further any commercial purpose, including any advertising or advertising revenue generation activity on your Site.

When you opt-in to the service, we will send you a message to confirm your signup.

By opting into messages, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from HUNTD. Automated messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system to the mobile telephone number you provided when signing up or any other number that you designate.

Message frequency varies, and additional mobile messages may be sent periodically based on your interaction with HUNTD. HUNTD reserves the right to alter the frequency of messages sent at any time to increase or decrease the total number of sent messages. HUNTD also reserves the right to change the short code or phone number or alphanumeric sender where messages are sent.

Your usual message and data rates may apply. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your mobile provider. Your mobile provider is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchase.

Cancellation
Messages will provide instructions to unsubscribe either by texting STOP or through an included link. After you unsubscribe, we will send you a message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed and no more messages will be sent. If you would like to receive messages from HUNTD again, just sign up as you did the first time and HUNTD will start sending messages to you again.

For support regarding our services, email us at customercare@itshuntd.com or, if supported, text \"HELP\" to our messages at any time and we will respond with instructions on how to unsubscribe. If we include a link in messages we send you from HUNTD, you may also access instructions on how to unsubscribe and our company information by following that link.
Transfer of Number
You agree that before changing your mobile number or transferring your mobile number to another individual, you will either reply \"STOP\" from the original number, unsubscribe using the link included in our messages (if one is provided), or notify us of your old number at customercare@itshuntd.com. The duty to inform us based on the above events is a condition of using this service to receive messages.

Messaging Terms Changes
We reserve the right to change or terminate our messaging program at any time. We also reserve the right to update these Messaging Terms at any time. Such changes will be effective immediately upon posting. If you do not agree to a change to these Messaging Terms, you should cancel your enrollment with our messaging program. Your continued enrollment following such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

Limits on our liability
We are not responsible for losses not caused by our breach or negligence, indirect losses which are a side effect of the main loss or damage and which are not reasonably foreseeable by you and us (for example, loss of profits or loss of opportunity).
We are also not responsible for failure to meet any of our obligations under the T&C where such failure is due to events beyond our reasonable control.

Compensation
At our request, you agree to compensate us fully, defend us, and hold us HUNTD harmless immediately on demand, its officers, directors, agents, affiliates, licensors, and suppliers, from and against all liabilities, claims, expenses, damages and losses, including legal fees, arising from any breach of the T&C by you, including the use by any other persons accessing this Site using your Internet account caused by your action or inaction.
Amendments to Terms & Conditions
We can, occasionally and at any time, amend the T&C, especially because we are developing our services and/or because the regulations in force require us to.
