  • HOW DO I SIGN UP TO BECOME A MEMBER?
    To become a HUNTD member visit our memberships page to select a plan. Once purchased, you'll be sent a private invitation to shop via our members only WhatsApp luxury shopping group.
  • CAN I INVITE OTHERS TO JOIN THE SHOPPING GROUP?
    To invite others to become members, please direct them to our membership sign up page. Only approved members who have received a personal invitation from HUNTD can join the group.
  • CAN I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?
    To cancel your membership, please email memberships@itshuntd.com. Your access to the HUNTD luxury shopping group will immediately be removed upon cancellation.
  • CAN I REJOIN IF I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?
    To rejoin after a cancelled membership, you will have to purchase a membership plan.
  • HOW DO I MAKE A PURCHASE?
    To shop via our private WhatsApp luxury shopping group, please visit our memberships page to become a member.
  • WHAT HAPPENS ONCE I REQUEST TO PURCHASE AN ITEM?
    We'll confirm availability and provide payment details to complete your purchase.
  • CAN I PUT ITEMS ON HOLD WHILE I THINK ABOUT IT?
    Items cannot be held and are not confirmed until receipt of payment.
  • WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
    We accept payments via bank transfer or for international customers, we can provide a payment link.
  • DO YOU ACCEPT ALL CURRENCIES?
    We only accept payments in pound sterling.
  • DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
    HUNTD ships worldwide.
  • WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING METHODS?
    We ship worldwide using trackable trusted carriers across FedEx, UPS, DPD, DHL and Parcel Force depending on your country.
  • DO I NEED TO PAY CUSTOMS OR DUTIES ON MY ORDER WHEN SHOPPING FROM OUTSIDE THE UK?
    We ship to your destination on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. This means that the prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties. When your order arrives at Customs in the delivery country, you are responsible for paying all import duties, customs and local sales taxes.
  • HOW LONG IS YOUR DELIVERY PROCESS?
    Our processing and shipping times can take between 5-14 business days.
  • WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
    We do not offer refunds or exchanges. All sales are final.
